His Birth Story:

At our doctor's visit the morning of the 15th, it was concluded that the best way for Parker to be born was by Cesarean section that afternoon for many reasons, including low amniotic fluid and his overall size. We arrived at the hospital at 3:00 pm and were prepared for surgery.

Kristin was taken into the surgery suite to receive her epidural and be set up for the procedure. Jeff arrived in the surgery suite and went back to get his camera for Parker's first pictures. The surgery started at 4:40 and Parker was born 15 minutes later.

Parker peed immediately and again when he got to the warmer. Jeff and Parker went to the nursery as they closed Kristin up. After an hour of recovery, Kristin got to meet Parker.
